External recognition of TORIDOLL Group's sustainability activities are as follows:
MARUGAME SEIMEN was awarded the top Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Prize in the Energy Conservation Case Studies category of the 2019 Energy Conservation Grand Prize awards, hosted by The Energy Conversation Center, Japan, announced in December 2019.
This is the first time a business in the restaurant industry has received the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Prize.

Based on guidelines published by the Ministry of the Environment in March 2020, TORIDOLL Holdings has acquired EcoAction 21 Certification for some Marugame Seimen stores and the head office.
To achieve this, we have formulated goals to halve our food waste and emissions volumes by fiscal year 2025, and to improve our food recycling rate; we report on these initiatives every year in the Environmental Management Report.
Going forward, we will continue working to increase the number of certified restaurants.

Marugame Seimen's handmade, freshly prepared food experience service received an Excellence Award at the 3rd Japan Service Awards, hosted by the Service Industry Productivity Council of the Japan Productivity Center.

Toridoll Holdings has received the highest rating of "Gold" for the fifth consecutive year in the "PRIDE Index 2025," an evaluation index for workplace initiatives regarding LGBTQ+ and other sexual minorities, formulated by the general incorporated association Work with Pride.

On May 31, 2021, Toridoll Holdings received a rating from the Development Bank of Japan Inc. (DBJ) for its "DBJ BCM Rating" loan, stating that it has "excellent efforts in disaster prevention and business continuity."
The "DBJ BCM Rating" loan is the world's first loan program to incorporate the specialized "BCM rating" method, which uses a unique evaluation system developed by DBJ to assess and select companies with outstanding efforts in disaster prevention and business continuity, and then sets loan conditions according to that assessment.
Amidst the diversification of risks in the business environment, such as natural disasters, Toridoll Holdings is promoting disaster prevention and business continuity initiatives to minimize damage, ensure the safety of employees and customers, enhance business continuity, and contribute to the formation of a sustainable society.
