Sanuki style of how-to-order

1. First, order the Udon. Order your choice of udon from the menu. Don’t forget to also select the size (regular or large) and whether you want it cold or hot besides selecting the type of udon. *Rice for tendon is also selected here.

Kamaage Udon

Enjoy the genuine Sanuki taste and atmosphere. Kamaage Udon is served by putting freshly boiled Udon directly from a big iron pot into a wooden bowl.This is MARUGAME SEIMEN’s recommended way of savoring the soft, chewy noodles.

Kake Udon

Classic taste with soup poured over the noodles. Use as much sauce as you like.

Bukkake Udon

Udon served in thick soup. We recommend also Torotama Udon topped with half-boiled egg and grated yam!

Kamatama Udon

Udon mixed with freshly and half boiled egg. Add two and a half rounds of the dipping soy sauce available on the table, mix well and voilà!

Zaru Udon

Cooled Udon and the thick soup are a perfect match! You won’t be able to resist the cooling texture!

2. Add your choice of Tempura and Omusubi“Put your bowl of udon and small dishes on the tray and move to the TEMPURA and OMUSUBI sections. Select the freshly fried Tempura and freshly made, hot Omusubi of your choice.

3. Pay at the register Pay for your dishes at the register at the end of the order counter.Payment by cash only.* Shopping center foot court shopes also accept electronic money. Please ask the shop staff for more information.4. Don’t forget the soup and condiments For Kake Udon, pour the soup from the sauce dispenser. Tenkasu (Tempura crumbs), Welsh onion, ginger (some shopes only) are available as free topping.You can put as much of these toppings as you like. ・Various sauces and wasabi are also available on the condiments counter. You may use any of these to your liking. ・Tea and iced water are free and self-serviced.・Tempura soup and salt are also available.・Kids chairs, cups, knives, and bowls are also available for use.
