In particular, we have been actively expanding our self-service Udon restaurant, MARUGAME SEIMEN that attracts a wide range of customers of both sexes, young and old. The restaurant is popular among many of our customers.

MARUGAMESEIMEN
This is our restaurant specializing in Sanuki Udon operated in self-service style and provides the genuine deliciousness of Udon. By using carefully selected Japanese homegrown wheat flour and installing noodle-making machines at each shop, we are able to bring ‘freshly made’ and ‘freshly boiled’ noodles. In addition, by using open kitchen we have created shops filled with an ambiance where customers can get feel the ‘freshness,’ ‘homemade quality,’ and ‘reassurance’ through watching how their food is being made in front of their eyes.

TORIDOLL
This is a genuine charcoal grilled yakitori restaurant where the entire family with children and grandparents can all enjoy having a meal together. In order that our customers can fully enjoy our genuine charcoal grilled yakitori, we pay utter attention to grill the chicken over a charcoal fire. We have many types of yakitori dishes available, such as our original skewers, freshly fried chicken, and chicken kamameshi filled with great tastes.

MARUSHOUYA
This is a restaurant specializing in ramen served with all handmade food such as thin noodles, slices of pork, pickled bamboo shoots, seasoned half-boiled eggs preserved in special soy sauce.We also dedicate ourselves in providing delicious homemade gyoza dumplings and fried rice, which are popular as a set menu with our ramen noodles.

NAGATAHONJYOKEN
This is a Yakisoba restaurant where we use carefully selected flour and lots of eggs to make medium-thick noodles at each shop. We simmer beef tendons and konjak until they are cooked very well, so that our customers may enjoy the great original taste of Nagata, Kobe.
We also cover a variety of delicious tastes through other restaurant chains, such as Tonsuke (katsudon specialty restaurant), GRILL SANBAN-KAN (meat sauce pasta specialty restaurant), Makino (Tempura specialty restaurant), and a “MENYA-DORI” (grouping of MARUGAME SEIMEN, MARUSHOUYA, NAGATAHONJYOKEN, GRILL SANBAN-KAN and other restaurants into one restaurant).
